In most cruise companies, the payment policy depends on the booking time and/or occupancy rates. The general rule is that as a departure fills up, the prices increase (in 80 to 90% of cases), while conversely, if a departure shows slow reservations, the likelihood of a special offer increases (in 10 to 20% of cases). There are often cases of last-minute exceptional offers, especially in the last month, when there are available cabins, allowing passengers to benefit from lower prices. However, choosing this option involves a certain level of risk, as cabin availability is not guaranteed.

In any case, when you provide a deposit for a cruise, your price is automatically locked in. This means that whether the price goes up or down, you will travel at the initially agreed-upon price for which you provided a deposit and/or full payment. The final decision is yours!

📌Cancellation Policy

➡️ You can cancel without charge 91 days before the cruise departure.
➡️ If you cancel from 90 to 31 days before departure: loss of the deposit.
➡️ If you cancel 30 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee on the total.

📌Insurance

Travelling is definitely a pleasant experience but sometimes it can also hide some unpleasant surprises. We remind you that in many cases there is no refund from the companies and in most cases if you have to interrupt your trip any hospitalisation or return to your base is at your expense. The insurance companies are aware of this and have prepared special programmes for travellers. Our office strongly recommends that you talk to your insurer and find the right plan for you and your trip. It is an extra cost which however can prove to be very useful down the road.

📌Information about Thessaloniki’s port parking area

➡️Parking area is located inside the port of Thessaloniki. It is available with capacity for at least 50 cars and 5 buses. To see the exact location click on the attached map ➡️HERE
ATTENTION: parking in any other parking area within the port may be more expensive!
➡️Price for cars 5,91€ + 24% VAT per day. Total approximately 51 euros (including VAT) for the whole cruise.

Payment can be made as follows: Directly from you at the parking office (marked “information” on the attached map) after your return from the cruise by cash or credit card.

The procedure to be followed in this case is as follows:
Enter the Port of Thessaloniki from Salaminos Street (see map) and present your ticket/cruise itinerary to the security guard at the entrance of the Port. Following the instructions on the attached map, park your car at the special “Cruise Parking”, informing the parking office employee (marked as “information” on the attached map). You will be asked to provide your name, license plate number, cell phone number, and estimated departure date and time. You will be given a ticket. Upon your return, present your ticket to the parking/parking office attendant. You pay the parking fee and you are ready to take your car.
